Mojo Tapas/Cocktail Menu

  • This particular menu is similar to a Tapas style Menu, but the servings are larger.
  • Mix and Match options available. Everyone is welcome to come back for seconds as
  • Many times as they wish.
  • Where possible all produce is sourced locally and we make everything in our own kitchen.
  • All courses are served from the caravan server area.
  • The cost of this type of Tapas Menu is $34.00 per person, excl GST.
  • There is a minimum charge of A$1500.00.

Option 1

  • Locally caught coral trout and prawn spring rolls served with a nam chim dipping sauce
  • Pulled Tableland Pork Torta served in our own brioche bun with sriracha coleslaw
  • Salt and Pepper Calamari served with a Tom Yum Mayonnaise
  • Mareeba Chicken Tacos served with a burnt corn and tomato salsa, local avocados and Smoked paprika spiced sour cream
  • Morganbury Rib Fillet Kebabs marinated in a smokey BBQ Sauce

Option 2

  • Locally caught tempura prawns served with our tartare dipping sauce
  • Mini Cheese Burgers (best cheeseburger you will taste), served with mayonnaise, double cheese, Bacon, onion and corn relish on a brioche bun
  • Victorian Emerald Valley Lamb Kebabs, marinated in rosemary, garlic, lemon and olive oil, grilled And served with a tzatziki sauce
  • Locally caught Spanish Mackeral tacos served with a spicy corn and tomato salsa, avocado, local limes And a sriracha mayonnaise

Option 3

  • Mini Thai Fish burgers made from locally caught Spanish Mackeral and served in a brioche bun with Our own ginger, lime and chili glaze.
  • Emerald Valley Lamb cutlets martinated in tandoori mix, grilled and served with a minted Mungalli Yoghurt.
  • Chicken Satay – locally sourced Mareeba Chicken with a Macadamia Sate Sauce
  • Beef Short Rib Tacos served with a tomato red onion, garlic, lime and habanero chilli salsa and Provolone cheese
  • Mini Chorizo hot dogs with a chimichurri and smokey red relish

Option 4

  • Chicken, Bacon and Avocado burger, served with avocado – coriander sauce on a brioche bun
  • Prawn Tacos, tempura prawns served with a fresh chili salsa and coleslaw
  • Mini chicken Empanados
  • Pork Belly with Vietnamese steamed buns
  • Fish and Chips – Crumbed goujons of Mackeral served with chips and aioli in bamboo cones

Option 5

  • Mini Steak Sandwiches – grilled and served with lettuce, tomato, onion and bacon with a sauce Remoulade
  • Pulled Shoulder of Emerald Valley lamb served with spinach, hummus, tzatziki sauce on a taco
  • Marinated Tableland Pork Kebabs
  • Enchiladas with red chili sauce
  • Korean Fried chicken wings with a spicy chili glaze

Mojo Street Food Menu

      • This menu gives the option of 3 different items as well as fries!
      • Everyone is welcome to come back as many times as they wish.
      • Cost of this menu is $25.00 per person, excl GST.
      • The Menus can be mixed and matched. Min charge $1300.00 excl GST.

Option 1

  • Cheeseburger – the best cheeseburger you will taste, served with mayonnaise, double cheese, Bacon, onion, and our own corn relish on a brioche bun
  • Chicken Taco – Mareeba Chicken in a smokey paprika marinade, grilled and served with a burnt corn, tomato salsa, local avocado, lime and sour cream
  • Pulled Pork Torta – Tableland Shoulder of Pork served with a sriracha coleslaw in our own Brioche bun

Option 2

  • Fish Taco – locally caught Spanish Mackerel, crumbed and served with a chili, corn and tomato salsa, avocado, lime and sriracha mayonnaise
  • Chorizo Hot Dog served with chimichurri and smokey red relish
  • Steak sandwiches with Morganbury Rib fillet steak grilled and served with lettuce, tomato, Onion, bacon and a sauce remoulade

Option 3

      • Pork Belly with a Vietnamese Pork Bun
      • Fish and Chips – Crumbed Spanish Mackeral (locally line caught) served with chips and aioli In bamboo cones
      • Chicken, Bacon and Avocado Burger – Mareeba Chicken and smokey bacon are a great combination on a burger, served with an avocado/coriander sauce on a brioche bun

Option 4

      • Pulled Shoulder of Emerald Valley lamb served with dukkah, spinach, hummus, tzatziki sauce on a taco
      • Fish burger – locally caught fish, grilled and served with a minty pea mayonnaise on a brioche bun
      • Mexican Hot dog served with a pico de gallo (spicy salsa) and grated cheddar cheese

Option 5

  • Prawn Taco – locally caught tempura prawns served with a fresh chili salsa and coleslaw
  • Grilled Italian Sausages, served with onions and a bush tomato relish
  • Cheeseburger – the best cheeseburger you will taste, served with mayonnaise, double cheese, Bacon, onion, and our own corn relish on a brioche bun
  • Vegetarian options are available and can be included as a 3rd choice on all menus.
  • Sweets can also be added at an additional $5.00 per person, excl GST.
