Our professional team are real foodies, and always creating new dishes and menus to ensure you get an authentic and memorable food van experience. All of our delicious food is made with only the highest quality and freshest local ingredients, and made from scratch in our own commercial kitchen or right in-front of you in the van!

Mojo Tapas

$39.90 per person +GST Including Choice of 4+ Extra Sweets ($37.90 per person +GST without Sweets)
This option is similar to a tapas style menu, but the servings are larger. Mix and Match options available and everyone is welcome to come back as any times as they wish. Please note, there’s a minimum charge of $1700 +GST. Vegetarian options are available and can be included as the fifth choice on all menus.

Option 1

      • Locally caught Coral Trout and prawn spring rolls served with a nam chim dipping sauce
      • Pulled Tablelands pork torta served in our own brioche bun with sriracha coleslaw
      • Salt and pepper calamari served with a Tom Yum mayonnaise
      • Mareeba chicken tacos served with a burnt corn and tomato salsa, local avocados and smoked paprika spiced sour cream
      • Morganbury rib fillet kebabs marinated in a smokey BBQ sauce

Option 2

      • Locally caught tempura prawns served with our tartare dipping sauce
      • Mini cheese burgers (best cheeseburger you will ever taste!), served with mayonnaise, double cheese, bacon, onion and corn relish on a brioche bun
      • Victorian Emerald Valley Lamb Kebabs, marinated in rosemary, garlic, lemon and olive oil, grilled and served with a tzatziki sauce
      • Locally caught Spanish Mackerel tacos served with a spicy corn and tomato salsa, avocado, local limes and a sriracha mayonnaise

Option 3

      • Mini Thai fish burgers made from locally caught Spanish Mackerel and served in a brioche bun with our own ginger, lime and chili glaze
      • Emerald Valley lamb cutlets marinated in tandoori mix, grilled and served with a minted Mungalli yoghurt
      • Chicken satay with locally sourced Mareeba chicken and a macadamia satay sauce
      • Beef short rib tacos served with a tomato red onion, garlic, lime and habanero chilli salsa and provolone cheese

Mojo Street Food Menu

$32.00 per person +GST Including 4 choices of Sweets
This menu gives the option of three items as well as fries, and everyone is welcome to come back as many times as they wish! The menu items can be mixed and matched, but here’s a few options we think work well together. Please note, there’s a minimum charge of $1500 +GST. Vegetarian options are available and can be included as the third choice on all menus.

Option 1

      • Cheeseburger (best cheeseburger you will ever taste!), served with mayonnaise, double cheese, bacon, onion, and our own corn relish on a brioche bun
      • Mareeba chicken taco in a smokey paprika marinade, grilled and served with a burnt corn, tomato salsa, local avocado, lime and sour cream
      • Pulled Tableland’s pork shoulder torta served with a sriracha coleslaw in our own brioche bun

Option 2

      • Locally caught Spanish Mackerel fish taco, crumbed and served with a chili, corn and tomato salsa, avocado, lime and sriracha mayonnaise
      • Chorizo hot dog ¬served with chimichurri and smokey red relish
      • Steak sandwiches with Morganbury rib fillet steak grilled and served with lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon and a sauce remoulade

Option 3

      • Pork belly with a Vietnamese Pork Bun
      • Crumbed Spanish Mackerel served with chips and aioli in bamboo cones
      • Chicken and bacon burger served with avocado, and coriander sauce on a brioche bun

Option 4

      • Pulled Shoulder of Emerald Valley lamb served with dukkha, spinach, hummus, tzatziki sauce on a taco
      • Locally caught fish, grilled and served with a minty pea mayonnaise on a brioche bun
      • Mexican hot dog served with a pico de gallo (spicy salsa) and grated cheddar cheese

$40.90 per person +GST
Great food can make an event memorable. Please note, there’s a minimum of 50 people for our cocktail menu. Vegetarian options are available and can be included on any menu. Please note, there’s a minimum charge of $1700 +GST.
